Новости (или уже и не новости) нашего городка. Теперь справку сразу выдают на испанском, 19€. По времени-прям реально 10 дней от подачи заявления до получения у себя на почте, очень быстро. Ситу можно взять ~за 2 недели. Но самое интересное, что теперь «выездное обслуживание», чтоб не ехать, например, в Мадрид из Малаги, стоит 200€
Билет туда и обратно на поезд 70€ (в сезон, покупала за 2 дня), вкусно пообедать и сходить в Прадо (вечером бесплатно)-100€.

Меня тоже этот вопрос интересует. Можно попробовать податься с такой справкой, а в случае непринятие ее гос.органами, уже получать с апостилем с помощью помогаторов или оформления Доверенности на кого-нибудь из знакомых.

Чиновники испанские руководствуются зачастую не здравым смыслом, а своими инструкциями. И если в инструкции написано, что в РФ справку о несудимости выдает МВД, она должна быть на русском языке, апостилирована и переведена хурадо, то с консульской справкой Вас просто пошлют. Так что все зависит от того, насколько внимательно будут проверять Ваш пакет документов.
Ну и свежий опыт получения такой справки в РФ: 70 евро курьеру, включая простановку апостиля и 70 евро присяжному переводчику. Имхо, если Вы живете не в Мадриде/Барселоне, то ехать в консульство выйдет дороже.

Знать бы еще курьера, который за 70 евро получит справку, сделает апостиль, и (привезет справку в Испанию)!

Это околостандартная цена. 4-5 тысяч рублей гонорар курьера и 2500 апостиль. Для получения справки и простановки апостиля, если я правильно помню, достаточно скана рукописной доверенности. И в Испанию без необходимости справку отправлять не нужно. Присяжный переводчик хочет скан справки, а испанские чиновники - скан присяжного перевода. На моей памяти о запросе оригинала документа я слышал только на уровне слухов.
